Whole Blood Protein Extraction kits is suitable for total protein extraction from a variety of animal anticoagulated/non-anticoagulated whole blood samples. The unique formula contained in this kit can effectively dissolve cell membrane components, including cytoplasmic membrane, nuclear membrane and various organelle membranes. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents the degradation of protein by protease and provides a guarantee for the extraction of high-purity protein. The protein extracted by this kit can be used for downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift gel retardation experiment, and enzyme activity assay. The protein extracted by this kit is the active protein with the native protein conformation.

This kit contains EDTA, which is not compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography.
