Weigert Iron Hematoxylin staining Kit
Hematoxylin is one of the most commonly used dyes in histochemistry and immunohistochemistry, and can be widely used for tissue section or nuclear staining of cultured cells. VG (Van Gieson) dyeing is the earliest traditional excellent dyeing method used to distinguish between collagen fibers and muscle fibers. It uses the principle of acid fuchsin and picric acid to have a strong affinity for these two fibers, respectively, and double dyes them. It is bright red, muscle fibers, glial cell cytoplasm, and red blood cells are yellow. Weigert hematoxylin staining solution is mainly used in techniques that require acid treatment after nuclear staining. It can be used in combination with VG staining, and the nucleus is blue or brown blue color.
