Perl's Prussian Blue staining Kit (nuclear fast red method)

Perl's Prussian Blue iron staining is one of the commonly used histochemical methods for detecting non-heme iron in cells and tissues. It detects iron in bone marrow, liver, spleen, kidney and other tissue cells by forming blue precipitate. This staining method can well distinguish hemosiderin from other pigments, but due to the staining principle, it is difficult to form a positive mark visible to the naked eye for iron content below 30uM/g.

Perl's Prussian Blue staining kit (nuclear fast red method) has good stability, can be stored for a long time, is not prone to precipitation, has a wide range of applications, and can be counterstained. The counterstain of this staining solution uses Nuclear Fast Red, which is the most classic and commonly used counterstain.
