Perl's Prussian Blue staining Kit (ferric iron, enhanced)
Perl's Prussian Blue staining method is for the staining of non-heme iron (hemesiderin, iron transporter, iron deposition, etc.) in cells or tissues containing granular iron. It plays an important role in the verification of diseases such as ischemic anemia, hemolytic anemia, hemochromatosis, and abnormal hemoglobin metabolism. It can also be used to detect ferroptosis models in combination with other enhancement reagents. Perl's Prussian Blue staining method is limited by the reaction principle and the accuracy of the imaging equipment and can only be used for iron overload or iron deposition staining observation. The staining effect is poor for samples that are not rich in iron or non-iron overload ferroptosis models.
Perl's Prussian Blue staining kit (ferric iron, enhanced type) introduces the DAB enahancer; and it uses the principle of cascade amplification to amplify the positive signal and display it, which is suitable for cases where iron is less abundant or iron deposits Less tissue ferric staining.
Kit Components:
1. Perl's Stain A (5mL)
2. Perl's Stain B (5mL)
3. Enhanced Solution A (0.5mL)
4. Enhanced Solution B (0.5mL)
Re-dyeing Solution (10mL)
