Perl's Prussian Blue staining Kit (eosin method)
Perl's Prussian Blue iron staining is one of the commonly used histochemical methods for detecting non-heme iron in cells and tissues. It detects iron in bone marrow, liver, spleen, kidney and other tissue cells by forming Blue Prussian Blue precipitate. Protein and hemosiderin deposition. This staining method can well distinguish hemosiderin from other pigments, but due to the staining principle, it is difficult to form a positive mark visible to the naked eye for iron content below 30uM/g.
Perl's Prussian Blue staining kit (eosin method) uses eosin to stain the cytoplasm to facilitate morphological observation.
Kit Components:
1. Perl's Stain A (50mL)
2. Perl's Stain B (50mL)
3. Eosin Stain (100mL)
