PAP EA65 staining Kit
Papanicolaou (PAP) method is commonly used for routine staining in cytology. Papanicolaou Stain was originally only used to detect vaginal epithelial estrogen levels and pathogens such as Candida and Trichomonas in the genital tract. Orange G6 can be used in combination with EA36 or EA50 to dye the cytoplasm into bright green, blue and pink colors. After staining, the cytoplasm is bright, transparent, and the structure of nuclear membrane, nucleolus, and chromatin is clear. Pap staining solution is used for cell shedding specimens, the nucleus is blue or black, and the cytoplasm of keratinized squamous cells is pink or orange.
Papanicolaou EA65 cytoplasmic staining solution uses EA65, and nucleus staining uses a non-toxic modified hematoxylin staining solution developed independently. EA65 is more suitable for staining non-gynecological smears.
Kit Components:
1. Hematoxylin staining solution (100mL)
2. Blue solution (100mL)
3. Orange G6 staining solution (100mL)
4. EA65 staining solution (100mL)
