One-Step RT-qPCR Mix [Taqman Probe]

One-Step RT-qPCR Mix is a Taqman Probe based master mix for highly sensitive one step reverse transcription real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) analysis. The product integrates 4th generation Reverse Transcriptase, antibody-blocked HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, RNase Inhibitor, and optimized buffer system, allowing efficient RNA reverse transcription and qPCR amplification to be performed sequentially in the same reaction tube.

The simple and convenient procedure of this product can minimize experimental errors and effectively reduce the risk of contamination, making it ideal for rapid gene expression analysis, as well as highly sensitive detection of low abundance RNA, exogenous viral RNA, and other trace amounts of RNA.
