One-Step RT-qPCR Mix [SYBR-Green]

One-Step RT-qPCR Mix is a SYBR-Green based master mix for highly sensitive one step reverse transcription real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) analysis. The product integrates 4th generation Reverse Transcriptase, antibody-blocked HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, RNase Inhibitor, and optimized buffer system, allowing efficient RNA reverse transcription and qPCR amplification to be performed sequentially in the same reaction tube. The optimized buffer system ensures high amplification efficiency and provides good amplification curves over a wide range of template concentrations.

The specially formulated ROX reference dye in this premix can meet the needs of different qPCR instruments. It is compatible with all type fluorescent qPCR syetems; choosing High ROX or Low ROX premix, or adjusting the ROX concentration to fit different qPCR instruments is not required.

This product is suitable for high-specificity and high-sensitivity qPCR detection of DNA or cDNA templates. It can also be used for melting curve analysis of amplicons to determine primers specificity.
