Nissl staining Kit (tar violet method)

Nissl body is a triangular or oval small lumps distributed in the cytoplasm of nerve cells, which can be stained purple-blue by basic dyes. All kinds of nerve cells contain Nissl bodies, but their shape, quantity and distribution position are often different. Nissl bodies are also present in dendrites, but not in axons and axon mounds of inclusions. Nissl body is an important part of protein synthesis in neurons. When neurons are stimulated, the Nissl body in inclusions will be significantly reduced. Changes in Nissl bodies can be well visualized by tar violet staining. This product is easy to operate, stable in staining, and has a wide range of applications. It can be used for staining Nissl bodies and neurons in paraffin tissue sections.
