Methyl Green-Pyronine (MGP) staining solution

Methyl Green-Pyronin staining solution (also known as MGP staining solution) is combination of two stains, commonly used for tissue or cell staining. Methyl Green stain the nuclei of DNA in green or blue-green color; while Pyronine stain cytoplasm and nucleoli of RNA in red color. This stain can be used in conjunction with immunofluorescence or immunohistochemical staining. One package of this staining solution can stain at least 200 samples.
