M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase Plus

This is a 4th generation recombinant M-MLV reverse transcriptase for the consistent and rapid cDNA synthesis up to 13kb, and offers efficienct synthesis of target RNA with high GC content. Compared to its predecessor, the 4th generation recombinant reverse transcriptase has better thermal stability, improved inhibitor tolerance and extremely low RNase H activity, enabling robust, reliable and efficient reverse transcription reactions at 50-60°C.
