First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit [with gDNA Eraser]

This first strand cDNA synthesis kit based on 4th generation Reverse Transcriptase. Compared to its predecessor, the 4th generation recombinant reverse transcriptase has better thermal stability, improved inhibitor tolerance and extremely low RNase H activity, enabling robust, reliable and efficient reverse transcription reactions at 50-60°C.
The kit includes all components required for the synthesis of high-quality first-strand cDNA, except template RNA and gene specific primers. Users can choose Oligo (dT)18, Random Hexamers, Gene Specific Primers (GSP), or their combinations for reverse transcription. The synthesized first-strand cDNA can be used for subsequent experiments such as PCR, qPCR, hybridization, Next Generation Sequencing, etc.
The kit is suitable for reverse transcription of various RNA including mRNA, lncRNA & circRNA; also it is recommended for gene-specific reverse transcription of miRNA & lncRNA
