Diastase-Periodic Acid-Schiff (D-PAS) staining Kit

D-PAS staining is treated with amylase before glycogen PAS staining. Two identical sections are required for glycogen digestion. After dewaxing, one section is treated with an appropriate buffer containing amylase, and the other is treated with amylase. Treat with buffer only. Then the two sections were stained with PAS method, and the staining disappeared after digestion, indicating the presence of glycogen.
