2x Universal qPCR Mix [Taqman Probe]
2x Universal Probe Mix is a ready-to-use premix containing all components required for qPCR amplification except template DNA, primers and hydrolytic probes such as TaqMan probes.
This product uses antibody-blocked Hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase with strong amplification specificity and high detection sensitivity. The optimized buffer system ensures high amplification efficiency and provides good amplification curves over a wide range of template concentrations. It can be applied to multiplex probe-based nuclear acid detection, SNP genotyping, gene expression analysis and so on.
