2x Universal qPCR Mix [SYBR-Green]

2x Universal qPCR Mix is a SYBR Green based universal real-time quantitative premix with ROX reference dye. The specially formulated ROX reference dye in this premix can meet the needs of different qPCR instruments. It is compatible with all type fluorescent qPCR syetems; choosing High ROX or Low ROX premix, or adjusting the ROX concentration to fit different qPCR instruments is not required.

This product uses antibody-blocked Hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase with strong amplification specificity and high detection sensitivity. The optimized buffer system ensures high amplification efficiency and provides good amplification curves over a wide range of template concentrations. This product is suitable for high-specificity and high-sensitivity qPCR detection of DNA or cDNA templates. It can also be used for melting curve analysis of amplicons to determine primers specificity.
