Universal HRP Detection (anti-rabbit /mouse IgG)

Universal HRP Detection (anti-rabbit /mouse IgG) is based on the principle of immunohistochemical detection: after the tissue is heat-fixed with the antigen, it is incubated with the primary antibody. In situ, the primary antibody forms an antigen-antibody complex with the target antigen; the primary antibody molecules further bind to the horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled polymer secondary antibody through incubation, forming an antigen-antibody-secondary antibody polymer complex in situ; finally, the DAB (diaminobenzidine) is catalyzed by HRP to form a brown precipitate at the antigen site. The presence and expression of the target antigen can be determined by observing the brown areas under an optical microscope.

It is a ready to use reagent without dilution. It can be used immediately after opening the bottle.
