Tyrosine Ammonia-Lyase Activity Assay kit
Tyrosine ammonia lyase (TAL) is widely present in plants and microorganisms, and is one of the key enzymes in the secondary metabolic pathway of phenylalanine. TAL can jump over cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase (C4H) directly converts tyrosine into coumaric acid, and coumaric acid can further generate resveratrol, naringenin, etc. It has antioxidant anti-aging phenylpropanoid natural product.
TAL can decompose tyrosine to produce coumaric acid, which has an absorption peak at 310nm, and the activity of TAL can be calculated according to the rate of change in absorbance.
