Tris-Glycine-SDS Buffer [10x]

Tris-Glycine-SDS Buffer is intended for use as the running buffer in SDS-PAGE of proteins. it is the most commonly used as the electrophoresis buffer during the stacking and resolve process of SDS-PAGE.

The buffer consist Tris Base, Glycine & SDS in recommended concentrations. The buffer is supplied in 10x concentrate and should be diluted prior to use in electrophoresis. The components of 10x Tris-Glycine running buffer are 0.5M Tris; 1.92M Glycine; 0.5% SDS.
