TriColor Prestained Protein Ladder (5 ~ 245kDa; 13 bands)
TriColor Prestained Protein Ladder (5 ~ 245kD) is a ready-to-use protein marker supplied in gel loading buffer; it is designed for monitoring protein separated during SDS-PAGE, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon or nitrocellulose) and for approximate sizing of proteins.
It is a three color protein standard with 13 prestained proteins covering a wide range molecular weights for 5 to 245 kD. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green brand at 25kDa and and one red band at 70kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-Glycine buffer).
Recommendations for Loading:
Load an appropriate volume of the ladder on to the gel (5uL per well at 0.751.0mm thick gel and 10uL per well at 1.5mm thick gel). 2~3uL per well for general Western transfer.
