Transwell Migration Assay

Transwell is an experimental technology that can simulate many mucous membranes and biological barrier systems of the body in vitro. The main material of this technology is the Transwell chamber, which is shaped like a small cup that can be placed in an orifice plate. The bottom of the cup is a sheet with permeability membrane with micropores. Co-culture, cell chemotaxis, cell migration, cell invasion and other aspects of research can be carried out.
