Iron is one of the essential trace elements of the human body. It is the main component of hemoglobin, myoglobin, cytochrome and other enzyme systems, which helps the transport of oxygen. Lack of iron can easily cause anemia, disordered metabolism, and affect the body's immune function.

Sodium sulfite reduces Fe3+ to produce Fe2+, and Fe2+ further develops color with 2,2’-bipyridine. There is an absorption peak at 520nm. Calculate the iron content by measuring the absorbance at this wavelength.
