Tissue-DIRECT PCR Kit

Tissue-Direct PCR Genotyping Kit contains all the reagents needed for quick preparation of genomic DNA and genotyping by direct PCR amplification. Tissues used for this kit can be mouse tail and any other animal tissues. This kit can be used for other biological samples, such as plant, blood or bacteria with minor modifications. No complicated DNA purification steps needed. The PCR product can be directly loaded onto agarose gel without addition of loading dye for visualization of the experimental results.
