Thermostable Reverse Transcriptase (for LAMP)

Thermostable reverse transcriptase uses RNA as a template to efficiently synthesize DNA. With RNaseH activity, no 3'-5' exonuclease activity. Compared with conventional reverse transcriptases (e.g., Mu-MLV), this product can withstand high temperatures of 65°C and is suitable for use in loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).
