Taq DNA Polymerase [10U/uL]

This kit contains Taq DNA Polymerase and a specially optimized 2x buffer system, suitable for hydrolysis probe (e.g., TaqMan probe) or fluorescent dye (e.g., SYBR green I) based Real- time PCR (qPCR) analysis, as well as conventional PCR amplification. The Taq DNA Polymerase, along with the optimized buffer system, ensures high DNA amplification efficiency and produces good amplification curves across a wide range of quantification, thus significantly improves the sensitivity of qPCR detection. This product can meet the needs of nucleic acid detections, SNP genotyping, gene expression analysis, gene cloning, and other PCR applications.
