TAE Running Buffer [50x]

TAE buffer consist Tris, Acetic Acid and EDTA; it is most used in Agarose gels in native conditions. TAE buffer offers better resolution of fragments more than 1,500bp; The TAE buffer has lower buffering capacity than the TAE .

This TAE buffer is supplied in 50x contcenrate and should be diluted prior to use in electrophoresis.
