T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit

The T7 RNA Polymerase Mix included in the T7 RNA In Vitro Transcription Kit enables efficient transcription from small amounts of sample, synthesizing a variety of RNA types, including internally labeled RNA and co-transcribed capped RNA. A single reaction with 1µg of control template can yield up to 100µg of single-stranded RNA. The resulting RNA is suitable for a variety of downstream applications, including RNA structure and function studies, nuclease biochemistry studies, RNase protection assay probes, western blot hybridization, antisense RNA and RNAi experiments, and RNA vaccines.
