SybrSafe is a non-carcinogenic nucleic acid stain highly recommended for visulaization or detection of nucleic acids (Genomic DNA, PCR products & plasmids) in agarose gels. SybrSafe stain replaces ethidium bromide (a potent mutagen and toxic).
SybrSafe stain when binds to DNA/RNA, it exhibits fluorescence at max emmision 510nm. It can be used with UV transilluminator or Blue Light Tansilluminator.
