STET Buffer
STET Buffer is composed of 50mM Tris-HCl [pH 8.0], 50mM EDTA [pH 8.0], 5% w/v Triton X-100 and 8% w/v Sucrose. It is used to lyse E. coli cells rapidly and efficiently during plasmid DNA extraction, RNA isolation or protein purification procedures.
