Soil N-Acetyl-Beta-D-Glucosaminidase Activity Assay kit

Soil N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosidase (S-NAG) is an acid hydrolase in lysosomes secreted by soil microorganisms. S-NAG decomposes p-nitrobenzene beta-N-acetylglucosamine to generate p-nitrophenol, the latter has a maximum absorption peak at 400nm, by measuring the absorbance value. The rate of increase is used to calculate NAG activity.
