Soil Dehydrogenase Activity Assay kit
The activity of soil dehydrogenase (sDHA) can reflect the amount of active microorganisms in the soil system and its degradation activity to organic matter, and can be used as an indicator of the degradation performance of soil microorganisms.
Hydrogen receptor 2, 3, 5-Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride (TTC) is reduced to triphenylmethyl pyrene after receiving hydrogen during cell respiration (Triphenyl Formazone, TF), TF is red and has a maximum absorption peak at a wavelength of 485nm. Using spectrophotometry to measure its absorbance at 485nm, the soil dehydrogenase activity can be obtained.
