RT-Supermix [with gDNA Eraser]

This kit is an upgraded version of cDNA synthesis Kit that can sequentially perform gDNA removal and efficient RNA reverse transcription in the same reaction system. This product includes the 4th generation Reverse Transcriptase, RNase Inhibitor, gDNA Eraser, Oligo(dT)23VN, Random Hexamers, and optimized reaction buffer; simply add the template RNA to the reaction system.

The residual genomic DNA (gDNA) in the RNA template can often directly participate in qPCR amplification, thereby residual gDNA severely impedes gene cloning operations or affects the accuracy of gene expression analysis. The gDNA Eraser, can quickly and completely remove genomic contamination.

This kit is suitable for reverse transcription of various RNA including mRNA, lncRNA & circRNA; also it is recommended for gene-specific reverse transcription of miRNA & lncRNA.
