RT-LAMP Isothermal Amplification kit

This product aims to simplify RT-LAMP assay design with robust reaction and high tolerance of inhibitors. It can be combined with fluorescent probes or dyes, lateral flow and agarose gel detections to observe results. Non-specific products are common in isothermal amplifications including RT-LAMP. AapCas12b protein or BrCas12b protein is recommended in RT-LAMP CRISPR to increase specificity. RNaseH2 enzyme is also highly recommended to increase the specificity of RT-LAMP. It performs well in SNP detection.
