RPA Isothermal DNA Amplification Exo kit (w/ UDG)

This kit provides the reagents required for isothermal amplification of nucleic acids, which has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong specificity, and short reaction time. The reaction is carried out at a constant temperature (37 ~ 42 °C), and the amplification is usually completed within 30 minutes.

This kit complets DNA amplification only. Amplicons can be observed in agarose gel. This kit also works with CRISPR SHERLOCK and DETECTR.

Exo probe is introduced into the reaction of the RT basic kit to improve the specificity. Fluoresent reader is used to read the result.

The kit contains uracil DNA glycosylase (UDG) to prevent carryover contamination and aerosol contamination in RAA amplification.
