RNase Inhibitor [40U/uL]

RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant mouse-derived RNase inhibitor expressed using an Escherichia coli expression system. It has a molecular weight of 50 kDa and functions through non-competitive binding in a 1:1 ratio with RNase A, B, and C, effectively inhibiting their activity.Compared to human/pig RNase inhibitors, Murine RNase Inhibitor exhibits significantly improved antioxidant capacity and enhanced stability at lower concentrations of DTT (1 mM). This advantage makes it particularly suitable for reactions where high concentrations of DTT are not desirable, such as real-time RT-PCR.
