RNase Inhibitor [40U/uL]

RNase Inhibitors is a broad spectrum ribonuclease inhibitor extracted from human placenta with a molecular weight of approximately 50kDa and supplied as 40u/µl concentration. It is a very useful to deal with the potential RNase contamination in any application.

Unit Definition: one unit is defined as the amount of RNase Inhibitor required to inhibit the activity of 5ng of RNase A by 50%.

Storage Buffer: 20mM HEPES-KOH (pH 7.6), 50mM KCl, 8mM DTT, 50% (v/v) glycerol.
