RNA Loading Buffer [5x] (Native)

A ready-to-use and room temperature stable buffer, to be used for loading RNA samples onto denaturing agarose gel. The buffer contains SDS, EDTA, Bromphenol Blue, Xylene Cyanol FF and Deionized formamide in recommended concentrations.
