REAL-Prep™ Whole Blood Nucleic Acid (DNA/RNA) Extraction Kit (Spin Columns)

This kit is used for the rapid extraction, enrichment, and purification of nucleic acids from human blood samples. Whole blood samples are lysed with a nucleic acid release solution, followed by the addition of a protein precipitation solution to precipitate proteins and other impurities. A nucleic acid precipitation reagent is then added to precipitate the nucleic acids, yielding crude extracted nucleic acids. After washing the nucleic acids with a purification solution, genomic DNA and RNA are obtained. The resulting genomic DNA and RNA are used for clinical in vitro diagnostics and scientific research. This process supports molecular detection methods such as quantitative fluorescence PCR, whole-genome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, NGS sequencing, metagenomic sequencing, and metatranscriptomic sequencing.
