REAL-Prep™ Viral Nucleic Acid (DNA/RNA) Extraction Kits (Spin Columns)

This kit can extract DNA/RNA from a variety of samples, including serum, plasma, whole blood, tissue, swab, urine, feces, scar fluid, semen, saliva, environment, feed, etc. After the treated sample is added with lysis buffer, the mixture is transferred to the adsorption column, and then the viral DNA/RNA can be separated by washing and elution. The nucleic acid extracted by this kit can be used for experiments such as fluorescent PCR, Northern Blot, and cDNA library construction. Sample requirement:
For viruses in non-viscous liquid samples such as whole blood, plasma, serum, ascites and saliva, 200?L samples can be directly used for nucleic acid extraction.
For the virus in the swab sample, add normal saline or PBS (300~500?L) into the swab sample, Mix thoroughly by vortexing for 1min, and collect 200?L samples for nucleic acid extraction.
For the virus in feces, add normal saline or PBS into the sample, Mix thoroughly by vortexing, centrifuge at 12000rpm for 5 minutes, and collect 200?L supernatant for nucleic acid extraction.
For animal and plant tissue samples, add normal saline or PBS, fully grinding the sample, Mix thoroughly by vortexing, centrifuge at 12000rpm for 5 minutes, and collect 200?L supernatant for nucleic acid extraction.
