REAL-Prep™ RNA-seq Library Prep Kit (for Illumina)

REAL-Prep™ RNA-seq Library Prep Kit is a dedicated protocol for the construction of transcriptome libraries developed for high-throughput sequencing platforms. This kit combines two-strand synthesis, end repair, and end plus dA tail into one step, and the product does not need to be purified, and the adapter is directly connected, which simplifies the operation process and greatly shortens the library construction time. The kit contains two types of cDNA bistrand synthesis buffers, and you can choose between common transcriptome or strand-specific transcription libraries as needed. The optimized reaction system improves the library conversion efficiency, is compatible with the input of 10ng to 1000ng of total RNA, and has uniform coverage of different input amounts of RNA.
