REAL-Prep™ Plant RNA Isolation kit provides a spin column method for the isolation and purification of RNA, free from DNA, proteins and nuclease. The protocol is simple; after homogenization, RNA is bound to the spin columns and eluted. The isolated RNA is suitable for direct use in most downstream applications such as PCR, RT-PCR, one-step RT-qPCRand sequencing.
