REAL-Prep™ Plant Protein extraction kit is designed to extract protein from plant tissues. The lysate in the kit contains protease inhibitors, which has a mild effect and can quickly obtain total protein. It can be used for basic research experiments such as western blotting experiments. It cannot be used in the study of protein kinases.
