REAL-Prep™ Phosphorylated Protein Extraction Kit

REAL-Prep™ Phospho Protein extraction kit provides a simple and convenient method of extracting the phosphorylated proteins from the cells or fresh tissue. The lysate in the kit contains protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitors, which has a strong effect and can quickly obtain total protein. It can be used for western blotting experiments, etc. It cannot be used to study protein kinases and phosphokinases.
