REAL-Prep™ DNA Fragmentation Module (for lllumina)

REAL-Prep™ DNA fragmentation module can interrupt DNA fragments of different sizes according to different fragmentation times, and the interrupted DNA can be used for subsequent DNA library construction. The obtained fragment is a blunt-end double-stranded DNA fragment, which can be used with the final repair module for subsequent ligation with 5'-P and dA and adapter. Sample size range: 1ng to 1ug.
