REAL-Prep™ Bacteria Nucleic Acid (DNA/RNA) Extraction Kit (Spin Columns)

This kit is used for the extraction, enrichment, and purification of nucleic acids from bacterial samples (including *Mycobacterium tuberculosis*, *Escherichia coli*, *Klebsiella pneumoniae*, *Pseudomonas aeruginosa*, *Staphylococcus aureus*, *Streptococcus pneumoniae*, *Acinetobacter baumannii*, etc.) from various sources (including sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, serum, saliva, urine, feces, cervical swab samples, etc.).

Bacterial samples (such as sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, etc.) are treated with nucleic acid lysis solution, release auxiliary solution, and nucleic acid release solution. The resulting supernatant is then mixed with a nucleic acid precipitation reagent. The crude nucleic acid is obtained by centrifugation through an adsorption column. After washing the nucleic acid with a purification solution, high-purity bacterial nucleic acid is obtained. The extracted nucleic acids can be used for applications such as quantitative fluorescence PCR, genome sequencing, and metagenomic sequencing.
