Rat Fibroblast growth factor 15 (FGF15) Rapid ELISA kit

This Rapid ELISA kit applies Sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative detection. The micro ELISAplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific toRat FGF15. Samples (or Standards) are added to the micro ELISA platewells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylateddetection antibody specific for Rat FGF15 and Avidin-HorseradishPeroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro platewell and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substratesolution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat FGF15, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear bluein color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition ofstop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) ismeasured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm. The ODvalue is proportional to the concentration of Rat FGF15. You can calculatethe concentration of Rat FGF15 in the samples by comparing the OD of thesamples to the standard curve.
