Rapid Giemsa stain kit

This kit is mainly used for staining blood cells and bone marrow cells. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional Giemsa stain, which is better for staining nuclei and parasites, but the structure is less clear, and the cytoplasm and neutral granules are poorly stained. It is easier and faster to operate, and the staining effect is obvious. The concentration of the dye formula of Giemsa staining has a moderate degree of staining for the nucleus, and the structure and color of the nucleus are clear and bright, and the recognition of the nuclear structure is better. Giemsa stain is widely used for staining protozoan parasites, blood and cell smears, bacteria and chromosome banding.

Staining results: nucleus stained purple-red, cytoplasm stained purple-blue, mucus stained pink or light blue.
