This product is a mixture of protease inhibitors used in the extraction of plant cells or tissue proteins. It contains a broad spectrum of serine, cysteine and acid protease inhibitors, as well as aminopeptidase inhibitors. Add the protease inhibitor mixture (for plant sample extraction, 100X) to the lysis solution at a ratio of 1:100, which can be used for the extraction of plant cell or tissue protein, and effectively inhibit protein degradation.
