One-Step SeamLess Cloning Kit
This product is specifically designed for fast, directional and seamless cloning of long fragments. It can efficiently realize the directional ligation and cloning of fragments and linearized vectors, without being restricted by the blunt end/sticky end of the vector and inserting fragment enzymes.
The optimized enzyme combination system provided in the product improves cloning efficiency and accuracy; no additional base sequences are introduced during the ligation reaction process. The highly optimized reaction buffer system and enhanced enzyme mixture can significantly improve the efficiency of fragment ligation and the tolerance to impurities, which greatly improves the efficiency of molecular cloning.
The product is equipped with M13 Forward and Reserve universal primers, which can be used for sequencing and identification of vectors containing M13 primer sites, as well as detecting the positive rate of the positive control group.
This product is suitable for fast, directional and seamless cloning between the 16-25 bp end overlapping sequence fragment and the vector.
