One-Step RT-qPCR Kit [SYBR-Green]

This is a one step reverse transcription real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) kit while using SYBR-Green probe based RNA detection mehtod. The kit allows efficient RNA reverse transcription and qPCR amplification to be performed sequentially in the same reaction tube.

The kit includes Probe master mix in a 4x concentration and a separate RT-Mix to perform real-time PCR. The Probe master mix contains all the reagents including antibody-blocked HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase and buffer (except PCR primers and template), while RT-Mix comprises a balanced mixture of both Reverse Transcriptase and RNase Inhibitor.

The simple and convenient procedure of this product can minimize experimental errors and effectively reduce the risk of contamination, making it ideal for rapid gene expression analysis, as well as highly sensitive detection of low abundance RNA, exogenous viral RNA, and other trace amounts of RNA.
