NADP Phosphatase Activity Assay kit

NADPase mainly exists in plant tissues and is the only one that catalyzes NADP in organisms. Enzymes that degrade into NAD+, together with NADK, regulate NAD. The balance between NADP and NADPase can catalyze NADP+, hydrolysis to the reaction of NAD+ and inorganic phosphorus. NADPase activity is determined by measuring the amount of inorganic phosphorus.
